If you'd like to give your next dinner parties a little boost by including a bruschetta on your menu, Great Harvest in Kalispell will tell you how to prepare it!

How to Prepare the Perfect Bruschetta

Choose the Right Bread

This is the foundation for the bruschetta, so you need to make sure to choose wisely. Go for a whole-grain option with Italian flavors, to complement the rest of the ingredients.

Get the Rest of the Ingredients

7 Tomatoes
7 Basil Leaves
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & Pepper (to your liking)

Prep the Bread

Slice the bread into as many pieces you'd like to have for your bruschetta. Then, place it over a frying pan in the stove, to get the golden and crusty characteristics of toast bread.

Chop, Chop, Chop!

Get your cutting table and knife out and chop the tomatoes, the basil leaves, and mince the garlic cloves. You can make them as thick as you want them to be.

Mix and Match

This next step is very easy! All you need to do is get a big bowl and start adding up the chopped ingredients, pour the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and season to your liking!

Top with the Toppings

Everything is ready, now you just have to put it together. Place the bread neatly in a large plate and start adding spoons of toppings to each one.

Appetize

You're done! All that's left is to serve the bruschetta and enjoy it with your guests.
