We've already offered a recipe for mouth-watering pumpkin muffins, but we aren't going to stop there! Read on for recipes for another delightful seasonal treat, courtesy of Great Harvest in Kalispell.

This cranberry & apple crumble makes the most of seasonal ingredients and would make a great dessert at Thanksgiving. It also makes for a deliciously decadent breakfast if you have leftovers!

Ingredients for the filling:

3 medium apples (cored and quartered)
½ cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Ingredients for the topping:

½ stick of butter (cold, cut into cubes)
½ cup pecan halves
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup rolled oats (not instant oats!)
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Method:

- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and grease a baking tray
- Cut your apple quarters into thin slices and mix with all the other filling ingredients in a large bowl
- Mix your flour, oats, pecans, brown sugar and a pinch of salt in another bowl- add your cold cubed butter and work it into the mix with your fingertips until the mixture is crumbly (don't overdo it- you want to keep a few chunks here and there to give your crumble a good texture)
- Spread the filling in your greased tray and cover evenly with the crumble topping
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbling up through your topping (which should be a beautiful shade of golden-brown)
